Requirements and Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical engineering or closely related science. 2. Minimum three years chemical equipment maintenance experience in the manufacturing company or plant construction experience 3. Experience in project management3. Knowledge of applicable analytical and problem solving techniques. 4. Self-motivated and with ability to function in a team based environment. 5. Strong oral and written communication skills. 6. Knowledge of the use and applications of personal computers/software to the standard practice of product engineering. 7. Ability to effectively interact with external parties including third party engineering company and spare parts suppliers. 8. Bilingual: Chinese and English Resposibilities: 1. Project management and follow up2. Management for electrical and chemical equipment installation and maintenance activities. 3. Establish effective and comprehensive equipment preventative maintenance program about electrical and equipment item. 4. Assist as necessary to ensure smooth implementation of teams. 5. Develop and maintain maintenance procedures in compliance with ISO 9002 and TPM standards. 6. Participate in plant problem solving and continuous improvement activities to achieve the goals and objectives of the company division. 7. AP control and fixed assets management
