职位需求
Responsibilities:
The position is setup to develop products that meet the requirement of local customers/markets. The candidate should understand very well what customer require and convert the requirement to specific technical specification. The development work should meet the timeline agreed. The candidate will participate actively in the customer trials to speed up the commercialization time as soon as possible. The candidate should work closely with manufacturing site to solve the production issues while starting the trial batches. The candidate should provide on-site technical visit to continuously improve the product. The candidate should understand very well PPG policy on raw material management.
Requirements:
4-6 years experience in paint-related lab or manufacturing plant is required.
A sound knowledge of paint technology and manufacturing process is mandatory.
A sound knowledge on quality assurance like ISO certificate is preferred.
Good PC skills and command of MS Office application.
Good communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
